Holiday Notice: 2026 Labor Day Schedule and Service Arrangement

Holiday Schedule
Our office will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday during the following period:
Holiday Period: May 1st, 2026 (Friday) to May 5th, 2026 (Tuesday) — total of 5 days
Work Resumption: May 6th, 2026 (Wednesday)
During this time, our regular office operations, including production coordination, warehouse handling, and shipment processing, will be temporarily paused. However, we will still make efforts to stay connected and provide necessary support where possible.
Service Arrangements
To minimize disruption to your business, please carefully review the following arrangements:
1. Orders and Production
Orders can still be placed during the holiday period. Our sales team will continue to receive and record your requests. However, production scheduling and order processing will be prioritized and arranged sequentially once we resume normal operations.
For urgent or time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend confirming details and placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
2. Inquiry and Communication
We will continue to monitor emails and online messages during the holiday. However, due to limited staff availability, response times may be slower than usual.
All inquiries will be handled in the order received once we return to work. For urgent matters, please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp to ensure faster assistance.
3. Logistics and Shipment
Please note that logistics services, including international shipping and domestic transportation, may be affected during the holiday period. Delays may occur depending on the carrier and destination.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend arranging shipments in advance and allowing additional time for delivery.
4. Technical Support
Basic technical support will still be available during the holiday, but response times may be extended. For complex technical issues, detailed support will be provided after the holiday when our engineering team fully resumes work.
